My personal reply to all men who are still having misandrists mindset, many felt bad that @indiatimes shown reality to world by sharing article on occasion of International of Men’s Day & clearly told #LawsAgainstMen.

Many had hick up (Hichki in pure Hindi) as “Truth is bitter” (Sach kadawa hota hai). Many commented on article saying statistics are wrong, but did same people ever bothered to comment & asked the reality of statistics portrayed on article which spreads #FakeWomenEmpowerment. Single article on crimes on woman, people ready to take candle in hand & start roaming around the city. But same candle not found when crimes on Men. Can you justify the behavior of every individual?

Statistical data & surveys done for crimes on women, can anybody justify & share real truth? In today’s world, when gross law misuse reached its peak talking about same is became crime. People who commented on @indiatimes article can they justify? Whether use or misuse?

Do you know “19th November” is “International Men’s Day”? No, because you were busy & working on Toilet, I mean “Toilet day”.

IrBM – No fault single parenting forced on Kid

Today, when GoM (Group of Ministers) passed the IrBM (irretrievable breakdown of marriage) & soon it will be publicly given to women called wife to misuse widely.  Yes, I’m proud to say I’m against the IrBM. One of my blog is already shared & liked by many, today I’m again taking this Golden opportunity to talk about IrBM but not as husband I’m taking this honor to put my thoughts as Father. Question is still same…

 Why do we need IrBM?

IrBM gives privilege to call it as “No fault divorce”, can we think really, how many times Husbands goes for divorce? Nowadays hardly any man goes for Divorce that too when Wife files baseless & false cases just to cause Troubles & mental harassment to Husband & his Family. Obviously, after so much harassment & defamation I don’t think anyone will bother to accept their bitter half again in life, who can cause trouble or file false case against husband anytime in future. Neither Wife nor court assures that wife will not file false cases again.

Coming to the point when wife, her parents & greed of money results in “Divorce” to enter in Indian husbands life, then why IrBM to safeguard wife’s life or award of more money from husband in terms of alimony that too when husband is no where responsible for any act which caused “Divorce”.

IrBM is well known & great home-breaker draconian law getting implemented by politicians & forced by Indian Feminists.

Why such lady should get awarded with 50% of husband’s property? It includes not only property earned by husband but ancestral property as well.

Under IrBM women’s shouting saying, Wife needs 50% alimony because she is unpaid worker in home. I feel women’s are not aware what one Husband is doing? Husband is not only taking care of basic needs of wife & whole family but also he always keep trying to give all luxury & comfort which he can give. Husband keeps running around hospitals when wife gets pregnant till delivery, once delivery happens not only for wife later for kid as well. Each & every moment Father is always is there with kid, when kid gets sick he will be the one who spends sleepless nights, though he worked for whole day in office. If any emergency he will be the one knocking doctor’s door in midnight. He will be the one who will try to give class-1 education to child.  Indian males Journey is never ending by the time he enjoy life as Husband, as a father he gets more responsibility which he follow very promptly. Don’t forget “Behind every good kid there is a great DAD…”

Why IrBM don’t talk anything about child custody when No Fault Divorce happen? Why IrBM don’t allow husband to deny Divorce?

 Let’s try to analyze the IrBM considering Indian male as Father.  In normal Divorce case “why Divorce happens already explained?” 100% of the cases child custody awarded to Mother as natural guardian.

 Though Divorce is “contested Divorce” or “Mutual Divorce” child is with Wife, after divorce if she gets remarry & husband did not marry, child never given back to husband considering him as Father. Does that means Indian Males are Sperm Donours? So that whenever Wife wants she can have kid with husband & snatch away the kid, when she don’t need relation with husband? Funny part is, as Father, husband always needs to pay maintenance towards kid even if wife remarry, when Law needs Father to pay maintenance for kid then why not father has rights to talk to kid or why father don’t  have rights to met his own kid? Instead of proposing Draconian IrBM can’t we modify or propose changes in Child custody, so that father gets all rights to enjoy life with his own kid?

If husband wants to meet or visit kid, there are so many processes involved, First of all Husband needs to file for Visitation rights. Though husband gets the visitation rights still it’s difficult to see kid as court don’t give any order to Mother to make it possible, she can deny it during husband visits. There are so many processes involved that I feel one more blog can be written on “Difficulties in Child Custody”. No one bother about speedy hearings of “Child custody”

Rite now, I can say, by having this IrBM are we not forcing the kid in single parenting valley like no fault divorce, no fault single parenting forced on kid? Why IrBM spoiling kid’s life from getting fathers love? This IrBM don’t give child a normal life, stop kid from “forced No fault single parenting”.

IrBM – Intermediate Range Ballistic Missile

So now let’s come back to current IrBM -Irretrievable breakdown of marriage its under development /construction courtesy few feminists of India & Honorable Politicians of Indian country.  One should term the proposed IrBM in parliament as “Intermediate Range Ballistic Missile” nothing wrong in it.

Intermediate Range Ballistic Missile is developed considering safety & security of Indians. Irretrievable breakdown of marriage is getting developed for safety & security of Abala Nari. Not sure How long we will be crying to get justice for Abala nari under the Feminism Flag? It’s not only having side effects on Indian Marriage system but forcing wife to misuse laws & creating many problems like single parenting, Breakdown of Marriage, abala nari became sabala to misuse laws. Still feminists are not happy with existing laws so they pushed government to put IrBM in front of parliament.

Already we do have so many laws like 498a, DVact which are widely getting misused by wife to harass husband & his family. Instead of proposing revision in 498a & DvAct to avoid law misuse by proposing to make it Gender neutral & punishment for Guilty wife & her parents, Feminists are dreaming to go for IrBM.

Question here why do need IrBM?

1)    Abala Nari is already Sabala as wife can claim maintanence under crpc 125 & HMA24 though husband is not wrong.

2)    If Divorce filled by wife court make sure that marriage is getting dissolved within short time but same if Husband files sometimes it takes age’s to divorce. When Wife files divorce argument will be she is stressed & sick of DV, but when Husband files court always says that by delaying Divorce we are trying to save Marriage. Is it not controversial?

3)    Abala Nari is well educated she can earn by herself, is she really dependent on her husband?

4)    Abala nari has all rights to ask share from her parents property same supported by Law but still why feminist & wife needs share from husband’s property?

5)    During Divorce & maintanence case Kid’s are used as weapon’s to extort more money from husband.

6)    To support Abala nari why feminist’s cant propose Government to have more “shelter houses”  or “Swadhar Gruha” ? Why husbands are treated as ATM machine to extort money?

7)    Why husband should bare expenses for the crime which he didn’t do? Why husband should pay alimony when wife desert husbands life for greed of money under her parents influence.

There are so many questions will be popping up in everyone’s mind.

The family was the basic unit of social organization in ancient India. The family at that time was unusually a joint family. The rite of Sraddha played an important part in binding the members from the common ancestors. Usually the eldest male member was the head of the house and administered joint property.

Nowadays under the feminism flag few feminists are proposing laws which are specifically meant for Wife & she is the only one who considered as women in this country. Where in India Wife & her parents running marriages then why laws sues the husband & his family members for the crime which didn’t happen. Just one simple complaint of wife male’s husband & his whole family Criminal for same Husband have to prove that he is innocent. Though he proves himself innocent law don’t give any support to take action against as penalty against Wife & her family who spoiled the marriage & who made husband & his family to suffer for more than 10+ years.

What is IrBM?

1)      50% share in husband’s property, which he earned before & after the marriage including the ancestral property. Women who was not good wife for husband, not good daughter-in-law for husband’s family & relative why should she enjoy the property of husband’s ancestral?

2)      Easy divorce – why Indian society needs easy divorce, are we making divorce so easy like ordering pizza? Who will be responsible for the kid’s single parenting issue? Why should kid suffer for his/her mom & her parent’s greed of money?

Now feminists or women’s supporters kindly excuse & don’t give me reason of DV against wife even High Court & Supreme court is more concerned about the law misuse increase ur knowledge by seeing following links –

 There are so many such cases where all husbands are worried but not wife or her family as Law is supporting Feminism. Sometime I feel like saying feminism is Talibanism. Women’s are more empowered than their need & few negative points like no action against false cases, laws are gender biased making misuse of these laws handy.

Now everyone have to come forward & think do they really need “Intermediate Range Ballistic Missile” or “Irretrievable breakdown of marriage” in their premises to destroy your family peace. If you answer No then raise your voice against this Feminist’s talibanism to support Gender Equality & single parenting problems.

Laws are made to get justice not to harass husband & his family & to extort money. Stop this law misuse by creating law awareness socially.
